A daily question. A moment to discover yourself.
Answer today's question
in just a few lines
No need for lengthy writing. A new question arrives every day — just jot down whatever comes to mind, and day by day, these small answers become your own story.
Why start with a question
If you don't know what to write,
start by answering a question.
A blank page is daunting, but one question isn't. Answer it in a line a day, and before long, it becomes your own story.

Frequently asked questions
Is it free?
Yes, you can download it for free on the App Store and Google Play. Answering today's question and tracking your mood are free to use, and there are optional extras you can choose to unlock inside the app later if you'd like.
Does it send daily reminders?
You can choose a specific time each day to get a reminder for today's question, so you don't forget to check in even on a busy day. If reminders feel like too much, you can turn them off anytime, and just as easily turn them back on or adjust the time whenever you'd like.
Is my writing backed up safely?
Your entries are kept safe through the app's backup feature. Even if you switch to a new phone or reinstall the app, restoring your backup brings back everything you've written so far, so you can keep building your story without worrying about losing what you've already recorded.
Can I keep my entries private?
Yes. Turning on password lock means the app asks for your password every time it opens, so only you can see what you've written. Even if you share a device with someone else or step away for a moment, your entries stay protected, making it easier to write honestly without holding back.
How is this different from a three-line diary or gratitude journal?
A three-line diary or gratitude journal still leaves it up to you to decide what to write and fill in a format every day. The Question does that part for you: a new question arrives first, and all you have to do is answer with whatever comes to mind. Without a format to keep up, it's much easier to start and actually stick with, even if past journaling habits didn't last long.
